Puri Applique Work

Puri is famous world wide for its gorgeous applique work, and this artistic work is an integral part of various traditions and rituals related to Lord Jagannath. The village of Pipili, just 40 kms Puri is famous all over India for its stunning applique craft. Applique in local language as ‘ Chandua’.
